Aethir's February Events Recap: Consensus Hong Kong and Eth Denver
February 2025 was a defining chapter for Aethir. We stepped onto the stages of Eth Denver 2025 and Consensus Hong Kong 2025—two cornerstone events in the Web3 world—to showcase our work in decentralized cloud infrastructure, build ties with the global community, and share some exciting updates. Consensus Hong Kong 2025: Setting the Pace for AI Compute
We kicked off February in Hong Kong, joining the exciting Consensus Hong Kong 2025 event at the bustling Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from February 18th to 20th. This was CoinDesk's first flagship event in Asia, and it was an amazing opportunity to connect with blockchain leaders from around the world and highlight Aethir's groundbreaking contributions to the field.
AI Agent Day
On February 18th, we co-hosted AI Agent Day with our incredible partners: 0G Foundation, Onboard, Avalanche Foundation, Assisterr AI, and PARRY. The afternoon was jam-packed with insightful discussions on how AI agents are revolutionizing Web3, covering everything from scaling strategies to their role in the future economy. We also had hands-on demonstrations that brought our ideas to life! The day concluded with networking drinks until 6 PM, setting the stage for exciting collaborations down the line.
AI InfraFi Builder Brunch
February 19th saw us joining forces with GAIB, Plume, and MetaStreet for the AI InfraFi Builder Brunch. This wasn’t just about enjoying delicious food; it was an opportunity for founders and builders to dive deep into the latest developments in AI infrastructure and decentralized finance, sparking conversations that could shape the future of the industry.
Mark Rydon’s Contribution at Consensus Hong Kong 2025
Our very own Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Mark Rydon, participated in Consensus Hong Kong 2025, held from February 18th to 20th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. During the event, he shared insights on Aethir's decentralized GPU network, which includes over 400,000 GPU containers, including 3,000 NVIDIA H100s and H200s, emphasizing our mission to make high-performance AI compute more accessible. His contribution highlighted Aethir’s commitment to breaking down barriers and advancing decentralized infrastructure for AI and gaming, resonating with the event’s focus on Web3 innovation.
Eth Denver 2025: Building Community and Pushing Boundaries
Next up was Eth Denver 2025! From February 23rd to March 2nd, we immersed ourselves in the world's biggest Ethereum #BUIDLathon at the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado. With over 18,000 attendees, it was an incredible opportunity to connect with the vibrant Ethereum community and push the boundaries of innovation.
AI Agent Day
On February 27th, we co-hosted AI Agent Day at the stunning Bigsby's Folly Craft Winery & Restaurant, once again alongside OG, Avalanche, Assisterr, and Parachain.ai. Our talented team, including Kaizergaming88, our Gaming Ecosystem Lead, led engaging panels and demos focused on the transformative potential of AI, especially in gaming, all powered by our cutting-edge GPU cloud tech.
rAlve the Night
That evening, we hosted rAlve the Night, the largest party at Eth Denver! It was an unforgettable night filled with music and mingling, bringing together Web3 enthusiasts and the broader community. rAlve the Night was a testament to our commitment to building strong community roots and creating fun experiences for everyone.
AI InfraFi Builder Brunch
On February 28th, we hosted the AI InfraFi Builder Brunch with GAIB, Plume, and MetaStreet. This gathering brought together builders and node owners to discuss the future of AI infrastructure and DeFi, fostering connections and collaborations that will drive the industry forward.
Strategic Steps Forward
February wasn’t just about showing up—it was about moving the needle. On February 23, we announced a partnership with BSquaredNetwork, a Bitcoin Layer-2 outfit, with a post on X saying, "Aethir x @BSquaredNetwork: Powering AI innovation in the Bitcoin ecosystem ⚡." This tie-up blends our GPU cloud strength with their blockchain expertise, hinting at fresh possibilities beyond gaming. Then, on February 27, we brought Inferium on board as a GPU-as-a-service customer, boosting their AI infrastructure hub with our tech, alongside many other partners who joined us throughout the month to expand our ecosystem.
